A new series of MAP Design & Simulation meetings is scheduled to begin
this coming Monday, 7/16, at 11AM Eastern time.
These meetings will focus on 6D cooling, Acceleration/Storage, and
Collider. The weekly focus will be on the following schedule:
Cooling, Acc/Storage, Cooling, Collider, ...repeating every 4 weeks.
Note that this is in addition to the already scheduled TechDev/
Targetry and D&S/Front End meetings that take place every Tuesday at
10AM Eastern, and it is in addition to the existing D&S/MDI meetings
that take place at FNAL.

The first new D&S meeting will be mainly an organizational meeting
that includes a recap of the MuPAC review that ended yesterday. Agenda
is as follows:

Agenda:
-recap of MuPAC review
-discussion of D&S repository
-some technical questions related to Front End D&S
-plans for future meetings in this series
-plans for a separate webex meeting on 7/30 for anyone interested in
learning about code parallelization
-any other business

This announcement is going to MAP-L, but in the future we will create
an email list that consists mainly of people involved in the D&S effort.

Webex instructions for the 7/16 meeting are shown below.
