The workshop will be held at the Marriott Courtyard which is located near the Long Island MacArthur airport (http://www.courtyard.com/ispcy) between exits 60 and 61 of the Long Island Expressway (Interstate 495). The hotel is best reached by taking exit 60 (either approaching from the east or west) and then proceeding along the south service road to the hotel entrance.

The hotel provides, free of charge, wireless broadband access to the internet throughout the hotel. For those who do not have wireless capabilities on their laptops, wireless LAN PC cards and accompanying software will be provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. Your laptop must have a PCMCIA slot to accept the card. Wired ethernet is not available but standard 56K baud phone connections are available from each room.

Each room comes with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. An indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and exercise room are also available.
