[MAP] New ICOOL release 332

NERSC users, there is now a directory

/project/projectdirs/map/Codes/ICOOL (note the capitalization), with subdirectories bin, doc, and src subdirectories. For the moment these are all serial versions of ICOOL. The serial versions are compiled so as to be executable by an MPI driver program via the system call. Updates to the true MPI version of ICOOL to match version 332 will occur in the next couple weeks.
