Proposal for the Muon Accelerator Program.
The APS Divisions of Particles and Fields and of Nuclear Physics,
together with the Divisions of Astrophysics and the Physics of
Beams, is sponsoring a year-long Study on the Physics of Neutrinos, beginning in the fall of 2003. First meeting at ANL, Dec. 13-14, 2003. Second meeting at ANL, March 3-4, 2004.
