[MAP] Low Int. Low Energy NF design

Dear All,
Please find enclosed note describing design of Low Intensity Low Energy Neutrino Factory that can store 1E20 muons/year at energy of 10 GeV. The whole design is based on existing, proven and moderately priced technologies. None of components require long and extensive R&D.
Any comment/suggestion/addition/modification is more than welcome.
