[MAP] MAP Secondary Meetings Doodle Poll

As agreed last Friday, I have set up a Doodle poll for the MAP secondary
meetings. These meetings are intended for details and more frequent
presentations of results than the primary MAP meeting can accommodate (Friday,
1 pm CT). Note the poll uses Central Time by default, but you can change it
to display your timezone before entering your choices.
