Message-ID: Dear colleagues, There will be a MAP/MCTF meeting this Thursday April 22 2:00 at the "Dark side" room (WH 6th floor). This is a new location again but we will try to start on time since Bob has a lot of slides to show and things to discuss. The agenda: 1. R.Palmer et al.: Towards End-to-end 6D cooling Simulation To join the meeting by phone: 1. Call 1-510-665-5437 2. Select 1 and then the meeting ID, 0001 Presentation slides will be uploaded to https://mctf.fnal.gov/meetings/2010/04_22 before the meeting Yuri From tjrob at fnal.gov Tue Apr 20 15:03:24 2010 From: tjrob at fnal.gov (Tom Roberts) Date: Tue, 20 Apr 2010 14:03:24 -0500 Subject: [MAP] G4beamline release 2.02 is now available Message-ID: <4BCDFA7C.7040503@fnal.gov> G4beamline 2.02 is now available at our website: http://g4beamline.muonsinc.com It has numerous bug fixes and new features requested by users. Message-ID: Hi everybody, The idea to have additional meetings for in-depth discussions of cooling and other muon accelerator physics issues is gaining support. However, there is difficulty with finding a good time and location for such meetings on Thursdays. But I have a permanent reservation of a room with necessary equipment (Huddle) by Wednesdays (excluding the first Wednesday of every month) from 2:30 to 3:30 pm. Please let me know if this time is convenient to you (of course if you are interested in these meetings at all). Message-ID: Dear colleagues, Thank you for answering my e-mail about a better time for MAP/MCTF meetings. For a number of people the suggested time is not acceptable, but mostly for those not directly involved in cooling simulations. So for now let us use the available Wednesday timeslot and ask Tom to conduct a "doodle" polling to find a consensus time for the future. The MAP/MCTF meeting tomorrow 4/28/10 2:30 CDT will take place at the "Huddle" (X GLRY W, not far from MCR). The agenda consists of one previously postponed talk: 1. R.Palmer: Towards End-to-end 6D cooling Simulation To join the meeting by phone: 1. Call 1-510-665-5437 2. Select 1 and then the meeting ID, 0001 Presentation slides will be uploaded to https://mctf.fnal.gov/meetings/2010/04_28 before the meeting Yuri From jansson at fnal.gov Fri Apr 30 11:25:43 2010 From: jansson at fnal.gov (Andreas Jansson) Date: Fri, 30 Apr 2010 10:25:43 -0500 Subject: [MAP] No MAP Friday meeting this afternoon Message-ID: <4BDAF677.2080709@fnal.gov> There will be no MAP Friday meeting this afternoon.
