- M. Zisman: Objectives of this meeting: MICE spectrometer magnet is very late: (ppt)

Recommendation:
Continue with the present calculations and studies to determine if active quench protection system is needed
Action Item:
- Include in the studies the effects of fringe fields and coupling of all the magnets
- Need to answer this important question for its implications on cost and time needed to implement it: do we need an active quench protection system?
- If the active system is found out to be needed then heaters have to be in the outside
