I've rewritten portions of ecalc9 to allow separate x and y betatron functions and emitttances (angular momentum is not separated in these further calculations) (dispersion is not yet separated in transverse emittances, although it can be.) This is probably a better criteria when x not equal y the 2*e_r amplitude is replaced by e_x + e_y The acceptances in study 2A are same for both criteria. The quad channel acceptance is increased by ~10% and becomes approx = study 2A
