Registration
There are two ways to register for the workshop.
The first is through our secure online registration form

Please note that there is a bug in Internet Explorer on
a Macintosh (no problem under Windows) which prevents you
from connecting to our secure site. There is no fix available
for this bug; you should use a different browser, such as
Mozilla or
Netscape.
If you cannot or do not wish to use the online registration form,

here. Fill out the form, and either
