MEETING INFORMATION

The Second International Workshop on Neutrino Factories based on Muon Storage Rings (NuFACT'00), will be held at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, May 22-26, 2000 (detailed information can be found on the School's website).

The meeting will be held in Ingersoll Hall at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California May 22-26, 2000. The lecture hall requires us to limit attendance to ~125. We shall accept attendees on a first-come, first-serve basis. Workshop materials will be available on Sunday, May 21, at the Hilton Hotel Monterey Bay from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. A welcome reception will be held in conjunction from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. On Monday, registration will continue at Ingersoll Hall beginning at 8:00 a.m. There is no available parking at the School.

To register, please complete the online registration application. Registration fees received on or before April 21, 2000 are $225.00. Registration fees received after April 21, 2000 are $275.00. Please fax your confirmation registration form to the conference coordinator at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (510.486.7772) with full payment by May 12, 2000. If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify the conference coordinator in writing by May 15, 2000 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations received after that date, may not be refunded.

ACCOMMODATIONS

All participants should make their own accommodation arrangements. Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the following hotels. Please phone the hotels directly to make your reservation. To ensure receiving the special rates, mention the NuFACT'00 Workshop. The cut-off date for reserving rooms at these hotels is April 21, 2000. After this date, rooms may not be available.
